-Sending cash is now from Bank Cash to Bank Cash
-the command "!members" got added to see our Team.
-New Carshop is included.
-a Clock is in (thanks to clarky for helping me at the code.
-Trackchange for InSim-Admins without Adminpasswort is possible right now.
-Bonuscash got changed , its much lower now but its better.
