Hope you're doing alright man, my GF came of hers in the snow last week...she's now waiting for an operation to re-attach her thumb (seriously...it just floats about now!) then 6 weeks in plaster.
Might be expensive but it's better if it's only the bike that's totalled. Take it easy.
IMO, the only problem is people not checking the map. I have a quick glance at the map; if I have a clear run I take the racing line, if there's traffic I slow down and stick to the right-hand side. I think this best reflects real life, a broken centre-line (at least in the UK) means you can cross it if safe to do so. One of the things I like about the CCS layouts is that they're fairly 'open'...I hate cruise servers where you feel like you're driving down a corridor of barriers.
