REFUND UPDATE.

Database is updated from old insim now.
Because the feedback was that 20€ per km was too small, we have changed it to 30€ x 1 km.
I hope that everybody have their stats now (distance, jobs, money refund). If something is not ok, please send me PM or just use Refund ticket post.
